Copy
When you successfully copy, the system will automatically copy the new transaction of the user who copied the order for you. Please pay attention to the following copy opening and closing rules.
Opening
| Order type for users with orders | Trigger copy order method | Copy order |
| Take order (market order) | Trigger immediately | Market order, upper/lower limit of slippage for BTC/USAD and ETH/USAD is 0.3%, and 0.5% for other trading pairs |
| Place order (limit order, limit stop profit and stop loss order) | When all orders are executed | Market order, upper/lower limit of slippage for BTC/USAD and ETH/USAD is 0.3%, and 0.5% for other trading pairs |
Closing
| Order type for users with orders | Trigger copy order method | Copy order |
| Take order (market order) | Trigger immediately | Market order |
| Place order (limit order, limit stop profit and stop loss order) | When all orders are executed | Market order |
Smart copy mode:
It is a new copy mode that automatically calculates the investment funds and sets the order parameters according to the proportion of funds used by the trader. Each time you follow the opening of a position, the order amount is calculated for the copy user based on the ratio of the trader''s margin to the account equity, and the trader''s order parameters are copied. For example, if the trader has 10,000 USAD in account equity, and invests 1,000 USAD in 5x leveraged long BTCUSAD perpetual, the capital investment ratio is 10%. If you copy the investment amount of 1,000 USAD, 1,000 USAD × 10% = 100 UDST will be automatically invested as the copy position cost for 5x leveraged long BTCUSAD perpetual.
Please note:
If the opening amount is less than the minimum order quantity, the system will open a position for the copy user according to the minimum order quantity. For more information, please refer to the trading rules.
If the opening amount exceeds the maximum position corresponding to the leverage, the system will open a position for the copy user according to the maximum position amount. For more information, please refer to the leverage and margin of U-margin contracts.
Reverse position opening
The lead user can open a reverse position.
When both the leading user and the copying user have positions, when the leading user places an order to close the position and open a reverse position, the copying user''s position will be closed, and the reverse opening part will not be copied.
When the leading user has a position and the copying user does not have a position, when the leading user places an order to close the position and open a reverse position, the reverse opening part will be copied.
What situations may lead to the failure of copying?
Insufficient available margin for the copying item;
When the leading user uses a limit price, or a limit price stop profit and stop loss order to open a position, and the order is not fully executed, the copying will not be carried out;
When the market slippage exceeds the maximum slippage rule limit;
When the leading user opens a reverse position, and the copying user and the leading user are in different directions, the copying will not be carried out.
The nominal value of the position is less than the minimum nominal value of the trading pair.
Note: When the margin balance of the copy order is lower than the minimum copy order amount of the project and there are five consecutive copy order failures, the project will be automatically closed. The reasons for the copy order failure include: insufficient copy order margin, order amount less than the minimum opening amount, etc. The system will check and close such copy order projects every Friday.
Why is the opening amount of the copy order less than the fixed amount/fixed ratio amount?
IOC limit order opening is partially executed;
In order to prevent some copy traders from failing to copy due to slippage, the system will check the dynamic maximum copy quantity for each trading pair. When the copy quantity exceeds the maximum value, the system will reallocate the copy amount, so the actual opening amount may be less than the fixed amount/fixed ratio.
