KAI Insights is committed to building an open, secure, and harmonious platform where signal traders (opinion leaders) can share their insights, expertise, and experiences. Through dialogue and exchange, we aim to foster collective learning and the discovery of new knowledge.
To realize this vision, we have established the following content creation guidelines for signal traders. These rules are designed to create a fair environment and enrich the reading experience for all members of the platform.
By publishing content on this platform, signal traders agree to abide by this policy. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed controversial at our sole discretion.
1.Encouraged Behavior
The platform encourages the following behaviors and types of content:
1)Respect fellow community members and engage in friendly interactions.
2)Before publishing content, creators should conduct thorough research to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the information, including but not limited to events and data, striving for accuracy, fairness, and objectivity.
3)Ensure content is logically structured and clearly organized.We encourage in-depth, industry-relevant topics such as:

Public chains, Layer 2, DeFi, GameFi, Metaverse, NFT, DAO, stocks, forex, commodities, ETFs, as well as content related to macroeconomic data and the crypto asset market.Posts that are on-topic, well-reasoned, and contribute positively to the crypto market are especially welcomed.

Technical insights, sector analysis, macroeconomic and crypto market commentary, major crypto-related news, traditional financial market analysis, and related news from traditional finance.
4)Users are welcome to express personal opinions and offer constructive suggestions to the platform, working together to maintain a clean and civilized community environment.
2.Inappropriate Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

Off-topic, meaningless, irrelevant, or fraudulent content;
-
Content containing keywords related to general political discussions, social commentary, or personal complaints;
-
Content containing keywords related to pornography or sexual topics;
-
Content involving harassment, bullying, obscene, profane, or insulting language or gestures;
-
Content that promotes or incites violence;
-
Content intended for advertising or commercial promotion;
-
Content that discloses private or confidential information of others;
-
Content designed to divert traffic to external websites, businesses, or products, including promotional links or embedded links;
-
Content that attempts to direct users to follow specific pages or include personal contact information;
-
Disclosing or attempting to collect others’ sensitive data or information on the platform (such as wallet addresses, contract addresses, etc.).
3.Special Cases

Marketing-related posts:Marketing activities are permitted as long as they do not target users from specific countries or regions. If a post is sponsored, it must be clearly disclosed. Please note that you may not use this platform to solicit users to register for or pay for any products or services, nor to invite users to join other community groups (including but not limited to groups discussing or coordinating trading activities). The platform reserves the right to remove such content or restrict posting privileges to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Final decisions rest solely with the platform.

Trading experiences:We welcome users to share their personal trading experiences with the community, but such content must be recorded and presented honestly. It is strictly prohibited to use these posts to covertly promote or advertise sponsored projects, products, or services.

KAI does not endorse your content:You are fully responsible for the content you publish and any related consequences. The acceptance of your content on the platform does not imply KAI's endorsement of your views. Your content must not create false or misleading impressions, or imply that you represent KAI, are endorsed by KAI, or have a partnership with KAI. This includes, but is not limited to, any false or misleading claims, using official KAI images or full platform logos as profile pictures, or displaying icons that suggest an official collaboration with KAI in your content.
4.Content Review
Once content is submitted to the system, our moderators will thoroughly evaluate its quality and accuracy in accordance with the platform’s content policy. Based on this review, the moderators will either approve or reject the content submitted by signal traders. Signal traders can view the outcome of the review process in the KAI Notification Center.
5.Violations
The KAI Insights community continuously monitors all content on the platform to ensure compliance with all applicable rules. In most cases, we will issue a warning for confirmed violations—especially for first-time offenses. However, if further violations or other inappropriate behavior are discovered, we may take additional actions, including removing your content or revoking your rights to participate as a signal trader (content creator) on KAI Insights.
Prohibited behaviors on the platform include, but are not limited to, the following:
5.1 Level 1 Violations (Severe Violations)

Publishing or disseminating content that violates laws, regulations, or relevant policies, including but not limited to promoting radicalism, extremism, terrorism, illegal activities (such as pornography, gambling, or drugs), violent crime, or content that contains racial discrimination, religious or political bias, hate speech, or other offensive messages.

Publishing sexually explicit, obscene, vulgar, or borderline inappropriate content, including but not limited to pornography or suggestive material.
-
Falsely implying a partnership or affiliation with KAI, including but not limited to:
-
Using KAI logos/trademarks or official images as a profile picture.
-
Including KAI’s official logos or images in posts in a way that misleads others or falsely suggests an official relationship or endorsement by KAI.
-

Engaging in prohibited practices to participate in platform activities, or actions that harm others or infringe upon the legal rights of the KAI community, including but not limited to using bots for fake engagements, spreading false promotional information, inducing interactions, bulk account registrations, or buying and selling accounts.

Publishing or spreading unverified or false statements, including but not limited to disseminating misinformation, rumors, or intentionally defamatory content.

Publishing or spreading content that may cause harm to others or result in user financial loss, including but not limited to:
-
Identity theft or impersonation with deceptive intent.
-
Fraudulent behavior, such as manipulating images (e.g., Photoshopped evidence), posting content suspected of market manipulation, etc.
-
5.2 Level 2 Violations (Moderate Violations)
-
Attempting to solicit or steal others’ sensitive information, such as wallet private keys, login credentials, seed phrases, etc.
-
Publishing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, such as copying or reposting others' content without proper authorization.
-
Engaging in bullying, harassment, privacy violations, insults, abusive language, personal attacks, or other similar misconduct.
-
Promoting paid services, requesting payments, or soliciting money from other members on the platform.
-
Redirecting users to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
-
Inviting other members to join external social media platforms or channels through posts, images, videos, live streams, usernames, or comments in any form (including but not limited to personal contact details, referral codes, links, watermarks, QR codes, etc.), which may potentially cause harm to users.
-
Adding personal contact information or group links to social platforms such as WeChat, Telegram, or Discord in user bios or nicknames.
-
5.3 Level 3 Violations (General Violations)
-
Posting unmarked promotional content, or sharing misleading information about products, services, or companies within the community. This includes excessive exaggeration, sensationalism, or content intended to manipulate or mislead users.

Spamming the platform, including but not limited to:Submitting a large volume of low-quality content in a short period of time.Misusing topic tags or using irrelevant tags unrelated to the content.
-
Abusing the reporting function, such as submitting false reports or feedback with the intent to damage another user's reputation.
6.Community Management and Violation Penalties
The platform generally imposes the following penalties for violations at the corresponding levels:
6.1 Level 1 (Severe) Violations Penalties include (but are not limited to):

Depending on the severity, restriction of content creation and publishing rights for 15 to 30 days; in serious cases, permanent ban on content creation and publishing rights.
6.2 Level 2 (Moderate) Violations Penalties include (but are not limited to):
-
Depending on the severity, restriction of content creation and publishing rights for 7 to 15 days; repeated violations or serious cases may result in permanent ban on content creation and publishing rights.
6.3 Level 3 (General) Violations Penalties include (but are not limited to):

Depending on the severity, issuance of a warning or restriction of content creation and publishing rights for 1 to 3 days.
6.4 For repeated violations or multiple types of violations, based on the seriousness of the case, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions and impose penalties, including but not limited to:

Removal or deletion of part or all of the violating content, including restricting the right to publish violating content

Modification or clearance of violating nicknames or bios
-
Resetting the violating avatar to the default system avatar
For any violating content or behavior, we also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings or any other procedures we deem appropriate to seek proper legal remedies and relief.

The KAI Insights Community reserves the final interpretation rights on all matters and rules related to your access and use of the KAI Insights Community platform, as well as the right to impose appropriate penalties (if any). To avoid ambiguity, KAI Insights Community reserves the right to revise the user agreement and disclaimers.
7.User Agreement
As a member of our platform, the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data will comply with KAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which outline how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.
8.General Terms of Platform Use
You are prohibited from performing, attempting to perform, or instructing a third party to perform the following actions:

Access or tamper with the private areas of the platform or the systems of technical vendors;

Access the platform through any means other than the current methods we provide;
-
Forge any TCP/IP packet headers, any part of an email or post header information, or use the platform to send confirmed fraudulent source information;
-
Interfere with or disrupt any user's access, host, or network, such as by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spam, email bombing, or using scripts to create content or accounts that disrupt the platform or cause unnecessary burden on it.
8.1 Sharing
When you share content or information on our platform, others may see, copy, and use this information. We are not obligated to publish any information or content on the platform, and we have the right to remove it with or without notice.
8.2 Rights and Restrictions
All content and personal information you submit on the platform remain your personal property, but you grant us
a non-exclusive license to use such content.
You guarantee that the content or information you submit on the platform does not violate any laws or infringe on
anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights). You also guarantee that your personal information is
accurate and valid.
If you violate our User Agreement or Content Policy, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your
account.
8.3 Disclaimer
KAI aims to provide you with a wide-open platform, but we cannot guarantee certain issues. The information and
content displayed on the platform are provided by our members. We do not create this information and make no
guarantees about the accuracy or timeliness of the information provided by members.
KAI (A) expressly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, sufficiency, or completeness of any information or
content, and (B) is not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or actions taken based on
such information. Users use platform information at their own risk.
