Spot System Upgrade Announcement

Dear KAI Users,

 

In order to further enhance the stability of the spot trading system and improve the overall user experience, KAI will launch a spot system upgrade and maintenance at 14:00 (UTC+0) on May 28th.

 

During the upgrade period, some functions may be temporarily affected, including but not limited to:

• K-line / candlestick chart display may be unavailable or delayed

• Spot trading functions will be temporarily suspended

• Certain page data may experience delays

 

The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 hours. The actual recovery time may be adjusted depending on the upgrade progress. Once the upgrade is completed, all related functions will resume automatically without any additional action required from users.

 

Please make the necessary arrangements in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support and understanding.
