What is the Withdrawal Limit?
KAI.COM divides the withdrawal limit into two concepts:
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount
- Daily Withdrawal Limit
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
To successfully initiate a withdrawal, you must meet the minimum withdrawal amount. The minimum amount varies for each cryptocurrency and for each blockchain type. You can check the specific minimum withdrawal amount for the selected currency on the withdrawal page.
Daily Withdrawal Limit
The daily withdrawal limit is the maximum amount you can withdraw each day, usually calculated in USAD.
For example, if the current price of BTC is 100,000 USAD and your daily withdrawal limit is 100,000 USAD,
then you can withdraw up to 1 BTC per day, with similar logic applying to other tokens. You can check your
daily withdrawal limit under [Personal Center] → [Identity Verification] → [View Limit].
| KYC Level | Not Certified Yet | KYC Certification |
| Daily Withdrawal Limit | 200,000 USAD | 10,000,000 USAD |
- The daily withdrawal limit is updated every day at 08:00 (UTC+8).
- KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying a customer's identity to ensure account security and to prevent fraud, corruption, money laundering, and terrorist financing. KAI.COM recommends that users complete KYC to enhance account security. Users who have completed KYC will enjoy a higher daily withdrawal limit as well as access to fiat trading and P2P merchant applications.
