How to reset Login Password? – Help Center

You have the option to reset your login password either through the KAI website or the KAI App.

Please be aware: To ensure the security of your account, withdrawals or P2P selling will be disabled for 48 hours after any changes to your security verification.

Resetting Password on KAI Website

1.Visit https://kai.com/ and click on the Login button.

2.On the login page, select Forgot your password?

3.Enter your registered email or phone number, and click Next.

4.Complete the Security Verification process using the code sent to your registered email address, phone number, and/or Google Authenticator as required by the system. Click Confirm to proceed.

5.Enter and confirm your new password, then click Confirm.

Resetting Password on KAI App

1.Tap the icon located in the upper left corner of the homepage.

2.Select Login/Sign Up.

3.Click on Forget Password?

4.Enter your registered email or phone number, and click NeKAI.

5.Complete the Security Verification by entering the codes from your registered email address, phone number, and/or Google Authenticator. Click NeKAI to continue.

6.Input and confirm your new password, then click Confirm to finalize the password reset process.
