I. How to Download the KAI App
Method One: Scan the QR Code from the Official Website to Download the KAI App Installation Package

On different brands of Android phones, the download paths and procedures may vary; please follow the corresponding instructions to complete the download and installation.

If you are not scanning with a mobile browser, you may need to select Open in Browser first, then click Download, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
Method Two: Download the KAI App via a Link

If the download link fails to open, try switching browsers or networks.

To enhance user experience and security, KAI official will update the download link periodically. If the official link becomes unusable, please contact the platform’s official customer service to obtain the latest download link.
II.Common Issues During Installation and Download
Some Android phones may display warnings such as “Security Risk”, “Virus Risk”, or “Caution: Installation” after the KAI App installation package has been downloaded, which can prevent the installation from completing. You can resolve these issues by following the methods below:
1.HUAWEI Phone (Android Version):
Tap Allow to continue installation. Do not move the app into restricted mode; simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
2.HUAWEI Phone (HarmonyOS Version):
Method One: Exit Clean Mode and Disable Unknown Sources Check
a. On the home screen, go to Settings → System and Update → Clean Mode, and turn off Enhanced Protection.
b. Then go to Settings → Security → More Security Settings, and turn off Unknown Sources App Check.
Method Two: Change Country or Region
If you cannot disable Clean Mode, go to the app market, then navigate to My → Settings → Country/Region, and change the setting accordingly.
Method Three: Remove Restrictions
On the home screen, go to Settings → Security → App Management Center, find the restricted app, and select Remove Restriction.
3.Xiaomi Phones:
On the installation page, tap the settings icon at the top-right, enable Security Guard, then return and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
4.OPPO Phones:
Open the built-in Phone Manager on your OPPO device, navigate to Payment Protection, disable protection for all apps, and after successfully downloading and installing the KAI App, re-enable the protection.
（1）Telecom Networks:
When using a telecom network, you can turn on Airplane Mode and use a WiFi connection to complete the download and installation of the KAI App.
（2）Other Methods:
For other brands or types of Android phones, you may try the following methods to install the KAI App:
a.Turn off mobile data and Bluetooth, use the Quark Browser or the phone’s default browser to download and install, and disable any antivirus software on your device.
b.You can also choose to trust the app by going to Apps & Notifications → Permission Management → Security & Privacy → App Lock → Trust this App, and then log in; the risk warnings should no longer appear.
c.Once the KAI App installation package is downloaded, turn off all mobile data before proceeding with the installation.
