How to Register and Obtain a U.S. Apple ID?

Steps to Register and Obtain a US Apple ID:
Step 1: Register an Apple ID on Apple's Official Website
1.Visit Apple's Official Website Open your browser and navigate to www.apple.com.
2.Switch Country and Access Apple ID Management
a.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and change the country to United States
b.Click on Account → Manage Your Apple ID
c.On the new page, scroll to the bottom and click Create Your Apple ID

Note:
a.The email must be a new email that has not been used to register an Apple ID
b.The country must be set to United States
c.It is recommended to select a birthdate that shows you are at least 18 years old

4.Set Your Phone Number
a.From the drop-down menu, select your country/region and then enter your phone number to receive an SMS verification code
b.For example, if you are in Mainland China, choose the option “+86 Mainland China”

Step 2: Activate the New Apple ID via the App Store

1.Log Out of Your Existing Apple ID

a.Open the App Store on your phone

b.Tap the avatar at the top-right

c.Scroll to the bottom of the page and log out of the current Apple ID

2.Sign In with the New Apple ID

a.Log in using the newly registered US Apple ID credentials

b.In the pop-up confirmation box, tap Review to enter the activation page

3.Select the United States Region

a.Choose United States

b.Check the agreement box and tap Next

4.Enter Payment Method, Name, and Address Information

a.Fill in the payment method, name, address, and phone number, then tap Next

b.Successfully logging into the App Store indicates that the activation is complete, and you can now search for and download the KAI App

  Notes:

a.Area A: On the payment method selection screen, do not select any payment method; if there is an option for None, choose None.

b.Area B: This is for entering your name, which defaults to the name you registered with.

c.Area C: This section is for your address and phone information:

1Street (first field): Enter the street address (required)

Street (second field): Optional

City: Enter the city

State: Enter the state

Zip: Enter the postal code

Phone: Enter the phone number

d.You can refer to the appendix below for a method to obtain a virtual US address and phone number.

a.Search for “US Address Generator” on Baidu.

b.Choose one of the websites from the search results that can generate virtual US identity information, and generate one accordingly.
