1.Why Has My Deposit Not Been Credited?
Even if the withdrawal platform shows the status as "Completed" or "Successful," this only means that the transfer has been successfully sent from that platform into the blockchain; it does not guarantee that the funds have been credited on the receiving platform. Depending on the blockchain, each transfer requires a certain amount of time for confirmation and transmission to the receiving platform, and the number of confirmations required may vary. For example:
(1) Depositing BTC requires 2 block confirmations before the funds are credited.
Occasionally, due to heavy transfer volume, blocks may become congested, affecting the transfer speed. You can use the transaction hash to check the transfer status on the blockchain.
If your deposit funds have not been credited, please verify as follows:
(1) Waiting for Block Confirmations: If the blockchain shows "unconfirmed" or the number of confirmations is below the required threshold for KAI, please wait patiently. KAI will only credit your funds once the blockchain confirmation is complete.
(2) Status Displays "Failed": This indicates that the transfer was unsuccessful. In this case, contact the sending party or the withdrawal platform (i.e., the source of the transfer) for further confirmation, as the receiving platform or address cannot resolve this issue. For example:
a.If you transfer funds to KAI and the blockchain status shows "failed," please contact the source platform;
b.If you withdraw assets from KAI and the transfer fails, please contact KAI customer support for assistance.
(3) Blockchain Shows Confirmed, but the Deposit Is Not Credited: You can then contact the platform's customer service for guidance and solutions.
(4) Status Displays "Successful": This means the transfer was completed. At this point, check your spot account to confirm that the funds have been credited.
