1.Log in to your KAI personal account on the web page and go to [P2P]. You can choose between [Quick Buy] or [P2P ].
2.If you choose [Quick Buy], select [Buy], enter the purchase amount, and choose the payment method.
Select the payment channel.
After confirming the order information, proceed to the third-party page.
Complete the payment through the third party, and the digital currency will be automatically deposited into your wallet account.
3.Alternatively, you can choose [P2P] Trading.
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to purchase and confirm the fiat currency you will be using. You can filter the corresponding P2P ads.
Enter the amount of fiat currency you intend to pay. The system will automatically calculate the amount of cryptocurrency you can buy. Click Buy.
Please transfer the payment to the seller’s payment method within the specified time. After making the payment, click I have paid.
Important Reminder: If you have already transferred the payment to the seller, do not click Cancel Order until the buyer's account has not received a refund from the seller. Do not click I have paid before making the payment to the seller.
After the seller confirms receipt of the payment, they will release the cryptocurrency to the buyer. The order will be considered complete. Click Assets to view your assets.
If you do not receive the cryptocurrency within 15 minutes after clicking I have paid, you can contact customer service for assistance.
Please note: You cannot place new orders if there is an ongoing order. You must complete the existing order before placing a new one.
