KAI Platform Risk Advisory & Guidelines for Mis-Deposited Assets – Help Center

Dear KAI Users,

To ensure the security and efficiency of platform operations and to better assist users in addressing potential operational errors, we hereby announce the following guidelines regarding the handling of issues such as incorrect digital asset deposits:

1.When conducting operations such as deposits or withdrawals, users must carefully verify information including the address and network channel. For situations involving misdirected assets or erroneous deposits due to operational mistakes, the KAI platform generally does not provide asset recovery services.

2.If a user suffers significant asset loss due to an operational error, the KAI platform may, at its discretion, evaluate the situation and endeavor to assist the user in attempting to recover the tokens based on the specific circumstances. Please note: Such assistance depends on the technical feasibility of the token itself and the cooperation of relevant parties. The platform cannot guarantee the successful recovery of the assets.

3.If token recovery is supported, the entire process involves substantial labor costs, time costs, and risk control costs. This may include additional installation or upgrades of our wallet software, operations related to importing and exporting private keys, and the process is subject to strict risk control review. The operation takes a considerable amount of time and carries significant risks. Therefore, the platform will charge a service fee of 50 USAD for each recovery request. Please ensure sufficient USAD is available in your KAI account. After deducting the 50 USAD fee, the platform will proceed to recover the assets as soon as possible.

Important Notes:

The success of asset recovery depends on blockchain characteristics, token protocols, and multi-party coordination. The platform does not make any guarantees of success.
Users are urged to double-check all relevant information before confirming any operations to avoid losses caused by mistakes.
