To all colleagues and partners:
Following an investigation and verification by the Dubai Command Office of KAI Exchange, it has been found that Liu Yan, an employee of the Shenzhen East Siberia Office, has committed serious violations of the company’s rules and professional ethics. In order to enforce discipline and maintain the company’s management order, the following decision is hereby made:
Effective immediately, the employment relationship with Liu Yan (Employee ID: 1328, first six digits of ID card: 430104) is terminated, and he/she is dismissed.
Facts of violations:
- Overstaffed and unaccountable: Exhibits an arrogant and evasive attitude toward personnel work assigned by superiors from the Dubai office, adopting a dismissive stance of indifference to matters not concerning oneself.
- Resistant to management: Unreasonably delays, deflects, and even refuses to implement clear work instructions issued by the Dubai Command Office, severely undermining the efficiency of cross-regional command and scheduling.
- Abuses power and bullies colleagues: Leverages positional authority to pressure and deliberately obstruct colleagues, with clear acts of workplace bullying that seriously damage team morale and corporate culture.
The company consistently upholds the core values of “efficiency, execution, respect, and collaboration” and maintains a zero‑tolerance policy toward any conduct that violates discipline, disrupts team unity, or defies management. This decision takes effect from the date of this announcement, and Liu Yan will have no further affiliation with the company.
This is hereby announced.
