To further enhance platform security and maintain a safe and healthy P2P trading environment, KAI has recently identified certain potential risks during routine risk assessments.
To ensure the safety of user funds and maintain orderly trading operations, KAI has decided to temporarily remove all seller orders from the P2P marketplace effective immediately. During this period, the platform will conduct a comprehensive review and mitigation of the identified risks.
During this adjustment period:
- All seller orders in the P2P marketplace will be temporarily suspended from display;
- The seller advertisement publishing function will be temporarily disabled;
- The platform will continue to carry out risk investigations and system optimization;
- Seller orders will be gradually restored after the risk review process is completed. The specific resumption time will be announced separately.
User asset security will not be affected by this adjustment. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete the necessary reviews and improvements.
